Cancellation requests must be sent by email to info@seasonaesthetics.org.
- Cancellation 3 months before conference: 80% of the fee will be refunded and 20% will be kept as a processing fee.
- Cancellation 2 months before conference: 50% of the fee will be refunded.
- Cancellation within 2 months: No refund.
Please kindly note that the payment gateway processing fee is independent of and never received by the conference, and is thus not refundable.
This cancellation policy takes into consideration the non-refundable payments that the conference has to make for advance bookings and organization of the specific components of the SEASON programme.
